Grab Flowmingo lest your best candidates slip away
Your best candidates are slipping away while your team figures out who can see what. When hiring teams grow, the cracks start to show: reviewers stepping on each other’s toes, candidates waiting in limbo, and hours wasted hunting for the right submissions. This week’s updates fix exactly that.
What’s New
| Role-Based Access Control for Growing Teams: Stop wasting time on permission chaos. As your recruiting team grows, role-based access keeps everyone aligned without stepping on each other’s toes. Assign the right permissions to hiring managers, recruiters, and admins so they see exactly what they need—nothing more, nothing less. No more duplicate evaluations or bottlenecks from unclear access. Teams with defined roles review candidates 40% faster because everyone knows their lane. |
- Advanced Sorting & Filtering: Find the Right Candidates in Seconds:
- Find candidates faster with improved sorting and filtering that lets you review by status, performance, or recent activity. These options help recruiters reach the right submissions quickly. Reviewing becomes quicker and more focused when the data you need is always at the top.
- Unified Feedback That Follows Every Candidate: :Never lose valuable interview context again. Notes, ratings, and feedback now automatically transfer with candidates across every application. When someone reapplies or applies to multiple roles, your entire team sees their full evaluation history. No more re-interviewing people you’ve already assessed. No more asking the same questions twice. Just smarter, faster decisions backed by complete candidate context.
- Download Interview Videos for Anytime, Anywhere Review:
- Review candidates on your schedule, not your internet connection’s. Download interview videos for offline access, secure sharing with stakeholders, or flexible team discussions. Perfect for hiring managers on the go, internal reviews without platform access, or simply having a backup when connectivity fails. Your interviews are now as mobile as your team needs them to be..
